Over these difficult time for commercial property owners Argent have been carrying out exercises that have saved its clients lots of money by putting unoccupied building into mothballs in a manner that will enable them to be returned into commercial use with the minimum time and costs when the market picks up .This is done without letting the statutory requirement lapsing.
Argent carries out another successful drop in replacement refrigeration gas
Argent has successfully carried out another drop in replacement refrigeration gas for another client and have saved the need to replace their large chillers now that the use of R22 refrigerant is rapidly coming to an end with its use being stopped at the end of 2009. The industry has had 10 years to prepare for this and now it has caught out a number of organisations .
We have had a number of outstanding successes where we have introduce the drop in of R422d where the performance has been as good or better.
Successful Completion of Refurbishment earns praise from client
Argent have just successfully completed the refurbishment of the heating and domestic services for 200 luxury flats at Dorset House in the Marylebone Road, London . The contract has operated over the last 3 years and had to be co-ordinated with the tenants as the disruption needed to be kept to a minimum .
The client has expressed his satisfaction with the way that Argent carried out their works
Argent completes de-commissioning
Argent have just completed the de-commissioning of 16 office building for a major pharmaceutical company to the HVCA's Services and Facilities guidance document SFG30.
Argent celebrates 30 years.
Argent Celebrated 30 years with a Bar-B-Que for all the staff and past members of the company. This was held in Shenfield and was well attended . There were a number of staff that have been involved since the beginning that were there as well as retired staff. The weather was almost kind with the rain only intermittent .There was a cake with the familiar green logo of Argent on it that was finished off in the office this week by the lucky staff..!
